What you will do

• Lead communications for the Office of the President, including media relations, public appearances, and personal branding.
• Develop and scale a global executive communications program, including playbooks, messaging pillars, and training frameworks.
• Translate complex technical topics like AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
• Champion the integration of generative AI tools to streamline research, drafting, and content production workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including PR, IR, and Employee Communications to align on strategic brand narratives.
• Manage end-to-end preparation for executive speaking engagements, keynotes, and high-stakes appearances.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive communications for C-level leaders or public figures.
• Proven ability to translate deep-tech concepts for both technical and mainstream business audiences.
• Demonstrable experience using AI productivity and writing tools to scale communication workflows.
• Strong project management discipline with experience building programs from the ground up.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.
