What you will do
- Oversee the executive speaker program, including speaking opportunities, logistics, calendars, briefing documents, and media training.
- Build relationships with top-tier business, finance, technology, and crypto media and secure interviews, commentary, op-eds, and feature coverage.
- Develop newsworthy stories and coordinate media, KOL, podcast, and conference engagements.
- Support corporate announcements, partnerships, campaigns, localized strategies, and cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain Binance’s messaging architecture and ensure consistent, compliant communications with legal, compliance, and policy teams.
- Manage industry rankings, reports, awards submissions, and related relationship-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management environments.
- Experience in fintech, technology, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management, workflow coordination, complex problem-solving, and SOP development.
- In-depth understanding of static and video creative production processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar tools, including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, integrations, and cross-functional scaling.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based, AI image/video generation, and creative automation tools, as well as evaluating, procuring, and onboarding creative tools.
