What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times and deliver a strong client experience.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to provide mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Develop a local-market sales plan, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal business partners and external realtors.
• Support mortgage lending, documentation, and related processes.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Understanding of the local market and potential client base.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Goal-oriented, accountable, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
