Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: Sept-Iles, Quebec, Canada; full-time onsite at the Sept-Iles-Brochu & Napoleon banking centre. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple nearby banking centres may be required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend products and solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans that support client success.
• Build relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and community engagement.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Coordinate with colleagues to connect clients with the right people and opportunities.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work the banking centre schedule, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Willingness to complete attribute-based assessments, skills tests, and potentially a French proficiency assessment.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
