What you will do

• Lead daily property operations, including office management, resident communication, and vendor coordination.
• Drive financial performance by managing occupancy, rent collections, and NOI.
• Execute home sales strategies, managing the full lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
• Supervise onsite maintenance staff and contractors to ensure safety and community standards.
• Enforce community rules and policies consistently while resolving resident concerns proactively.
• Manage leasing activities, conduct tours, and process applications to minimize vacancy loss.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property management or related experience.
• Proven track record in sales, leasing, or revenue-generating roles.
• Experience supervising teams and managing property financial performance (budgets, KPIs, or P&L).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with business systems such as Outlook and Google.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufactured housing, RV, or multifamily communities.
• Proficiency with Rent Manager or similar property management software.
