Salary: $18.68–$31.14 per hour

What you will do

• Support repossession and remarketing operations.
• Enter data from multiple sources, receive documents, and verify their accuracy.
• Create payment coupons and general ledger tickets from auction proceeds and insurance payments.
• Approve payments, prepare and track checks for clients and vendors, and allocate received funds to expenses.
• Monitor account-status change requests and communicate with repossession agents, auctions, and other external vendors.
• Follow operational risk, compliance, internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to operational work.
• Proficiency with PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Ability to work with account documentation, monetary transactions, and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of M&T Bank systems.
