Dodge Fayetteville Body Shop Assistant Manager (Automotive)

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Manage the overall body shop business, including estimators, technicians, paint shop operations, personnel, and processes.
• Inspect vehicles to assess automotive body damage and determine repair requirements.
• Prepare repair estimates by costing parts, supplies, labor, customer payments, and deductibles.
• Coordinate estimates and repair or replacement requirements with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Prepare work orders, obtain approvals, and enter repair details into the work management system.
• Maintain customer relationships and high customer satisfaction by explaining estimates, timelines, concerns, and transportation arrangements.

Requirements

• Experience with automotive body shop operations, estimating, collision repair, insurance, or related automotive services.
• Skills in planning, information analysis, requirements analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and attention to detail.
• Experience measuring personnel performance and managing safety-related processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for handling repair estimates and customer concerns.
