Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY; on-site

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 base per year

What you will do

• Own interview scheduling end to end and ensure candidates and interviewers are prepared and on time.
• Deliver a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience, especially during onsite interviews.
• Keep candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers aligned throughout the process.
• Resolve scheduling and recruiting workflow issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in Ashby.
• Improve workflows and processes while supporting ad hoc hiring projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without becoming flustered.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Warm, collaborative communication style and a commitment to candidate experience.
• Proactive approach to identifying and fixing broken processes.

• Experience with Ashby.
