Recruiting Coordinator

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Coordinate Zoom, Google Meet, and in-person interviews across time zones.
• Manage scheduling logistics, confirmations, reminders, feedback requests, scorecards, and candidate information.
• Review résumés against role scorecards and maintain accurate candidate records in Ashby.
• Move candidates through recruiting stages consistently and conduct daily pipeline reviews to identify stalled processes.
• Source passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities, adding prospects with clean notes and tags.
• Track candidate progress, flag risks and bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong organization and resourcefulness with an ability to manage checklists and fast turnarounds.
• Clear communication and attention to detail in candidate and interviewer coordination.
• Ability to maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely interviewer feedback.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Interest in developing sourcing and recruiting skills.
