Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through the final hiring decision.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities.
• Support recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers through proactive communication and operational coordination.
• Operate independently in ambiguous situations, identify gaps, and create structure.
• Initiate and drive projects that improve and scale recruiting processes.
• Manage recruiting logistics, administrative tasks, and ad hoc support with accuracy and urgency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions with incomplete information, and operate independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Ashby experience is preferred.
