What you will do

• Lead the New Product Process Technology Group and manage process engineers supporting process development, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Define technical and resource strategies, engineering standards, equipment operation specifications, process specifications, budgets, schedules, and project priorities.
• Coordinate with customer engineers, managers, factory and product teams, sales and marketing, and other functional groups to develop and demonstrate new processes.
• Support product design and development by ensuring process and design compatibility and improving process equipment quality and customer adoption.
• Facilitate the creation and capture of intellectual property related to semiconductor equipment, processes, and manufacturing.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, and manage personnel, including goal setting, accountability, and individual development plans.

Requirements

• A four-year degree in a science or technology discipline.
• Eight or more years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or semiconductor equipment preferred.
• Experience in process engineering or process engineering management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of equipment technology and semiconductor device structures preferred.
• Knowledge of vacuum-based equipment and plasma etch equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, oral communication, and technical presentation skills; ability to travel 0–10%.
