What you will do

• Lead all aspects of factory operations including safety, quality, and employee development for the Wafer Level Assembly segment.
• Ensure product velocity and the ramping of new products and technologies.
• Maintain a safety-first culture and proactive risk identification for new equipment and processes.
• Sustain high yields and prevent material escapes through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate operational strategy with partner factories in Oregon, China, and Malaysia.
• Monitor and control operational spending to meet target reductions.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of management experience required.
• Semiconductor engineering management experience within the last 2 years.
• 6+ years experience leading technical taskforces and resolving complex technical issues.
• Detailed understanding of process control systems and methodologies.
• Must be based on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in Technology Development, ramp, and HVM of Advanced Packaging solutions.
• Semiconductor process development experience.
• Proven track record of creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
