Senior Staff AI Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the enterprise AI platform strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and funding governance.
• Lead cross-functional planning, intake, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery across AI, engineering, architecture, product, security, legal, risk, finance, and operations.
• Manage complex enterprise platform programs, including dependencies, risks, milestones, change, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop platform KPIs, monitoring, and reporting frameworks covering adoption, reliability, developer experience, time-to-market, cost efficiency, and operational health.
• Integrate AI governance, fairness, and transparency into program delivery while supporting scalability, reuse, interoperability, and repeatable operations.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools, including partnerships with vendors, academia, and open-source communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology or platform portfolios.
• In-depth expertise in developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, shared services, APIs, data platforms, and core enterprise systems.
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Strong program management, risk management, stakeholder influence, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with agile, lean experimentation, and iterative delivery models in platform, enterprise, AI, or data-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI, LLMOps, vector databases, AI agents, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience building and presenting AI dashboards, roadmaps, and impact stories using PowerBI, Tableau, or internal visualization platforms.
• SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-PgMP, AI Product Manager, or Responsible AI certification.
