Location: Houston North, Texas, United States. Candidates must live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, which include Huntsville, Houston, The Woodlands, and Cypress, and have access to a major airport. The role requires domestic travel of up to 30%β40%.
Salary: $155,000β$172,000 annually, plus eligibility for a $41,500 sales incentive target.

What you will do
- Promote an infusion product and drive demand creation across the assigned Houston North territory.
- Build integrated account plans using customer insights, digital tools, and sales data to prioritize territory opportunities.
- Engage multidisciplinary healthcare customers, communicate the product value proposition, address objections, and secure commitments to action.
- Develop productive relationships with physician clinics, integrated health systems, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other customer facilities.
- Navigate complex reimbursement and distribution processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer access.
- Apply neurology, healthcare market, pharmaceutical, and regulatory knowledge while maintaining compliance with FDA, PDMA, and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least four years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device, or related healthcare sales experience.
- Experience developing and executing integrated account plans with a consistent record of sales performance.
- Strong communication skills, self-direction, accountability, and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and hold a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Must meet healthcare provider and customer facility credentialing requirements and pass required disease and product training exams.
Nice to have
- Specialty product, infusion, rare disease, neurology, or migraine sales experience.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy, medical and pharmacy benefits, pricing, and reimbursement.
- Experience with high-influence healthcare customers and product launches or expansion into a new therapeutic class.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using sales data reporting tools.
