Clinical Services Manager - Morristown, NJ (Field Based)

Location: Wayne, New Jersey; must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory. Field-based work with regular travel by car within the region and occasional overnight travel.

Annual base salary: $90,000 for U.S.-based positions, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, diabetes management teams, hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Deliver personalized training to patients on using and caring for Omnipod products, provide follow-up support, and troubleshoot usage issues.
• Coordinate patient training with healthcare providers’ treatment plans and explain device features, functionality, and best practices.
• Evaluate and support Certified Pod Trainers by providing product updates and clinical guidance.
• Use training data and Salesforce metrics to shape education strategies and team actions.
• Collaborate with territory partners on clinical selling, product adoption, and territory business strategy.

Requirements

• Associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related clinical experience, with clinical training or insulin pump patient management experience preferred.
• Current relevant clinical credentials or certifications, such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent, with state licensure as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, clinical education, problem-solving, and territory strategy skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of professional samples and literature.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience conducting clinical training or managing insulin pump patients.
• Commercial experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
