Clinical Service Trainer

Location: Milpitas, California, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver training for newly hired Analysis Technicians covering ECG interpretation, cardiac event identification, and proprietary analysis software.
• Support the transition from initial training to on-the-job training with Electrophysiology Mentors.
• Administer and evaluate competency assessments, qualification tests, and promotion-related evaluations.
• Develop and update clinical training materials, educational content, and continuing education programs.
• Review complex arrhythmias and cardiac events, confirming findings that meet notification criteria.
• Provide coaching, performance improvement support, and quality feedback on completed cardiac monitoring reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CRAT or CCT certification.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Holter, Event, or Telemetry Technician.
• Advanced ECG interpretation experience, including complex arrhythmias and cardiac events.
• Working knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, physiology, and ECG reporting.
• Experience with clinical workflows, reporting standards, quality activities, computer systems, and electronic clinical documentation tools.
