What you will do
- Deliver engaging product training for patients, HCPs, and customers.
- Plan and execute compliant, effective clinical sessions.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to meet regional sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to encourage product adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare clinical reports.
Requirements
- Exceptional ability to relate to patients and HCPs.
- Experience in coaching and educating in one-on-one and group settings.
- Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
- Comfortable traveling 80%+ within the assigned region.
Nice to have
- Clinical background (RN, RD, or equivalent).
- Experience coordinating diabetes education programs.
- Professional registration maintenance.
