Logistics Specialist III (Nights) (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Perform SAP and Syncade transactions for goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment, and material movement.
• Manage general stores supply processes, including location, retrieval, disposition, and restocking.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other power equipment (Class 1, 2, 3 & 4).
• Maintain accurate logbook entries, monitor circular charts, and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Coordinate the handling and shipping of products both domestically and internationally.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives utilizing DMS and Trackwise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Portsmouth, NH.
• Proficiency in order picking, scan gun usage, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to strictly follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Physical capability to stand and walk for more than 4 hours per day.
• Solid understanding of cGMP requirements in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of power equipment such as electric work savers and pallet jacks.
