Logistics Specialist III(Nights)

Location: US - Portsmouth, NH; onsite facility-based role on the night shift

What you will do

• Use SAP, Syncade, ShipConsole, DMS, and TrackWise for receiving, storage, material movements, inventory, dispensing, fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Handle and distribute API and consumable components for manufacturing, including domestic and international product shipments.
• Perform goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment, transfer orders, material adjustments, scrapping, and inventory transactions.
• Manage stores processes such as locating, retrieving, issuing, disposing of, and restocking materials.
• Operate forklifts and other Class 1–4 powered equipment safely and compliantly.
• Maintain logbooks and circular charts, follow assigned procedures, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with order picking, scan guns, stock receipt and distribution, and basic computer operations.
• Ability to follow written standard operating procedures and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, or equivalent tools, with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to stand or walk for more than 4 hours per day and safely operate material-handling equipment.
