Location: Hybrid, based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States
Base pay: $110,706β$145,303 USD per year. Performance-based bonus and/or equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do
- Own and optimize Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent modules and related business processes.
- Translate compensation and talent program requirements into scalable Workday configurations in partnership with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS stakeholders.
- Configure and support compensation plans, merit and bonus cycles, promotions, incentives, eligibility rules, performance reviews, calibration, succession, and development processes.
- Manage biannual Workday releases, including impact assessment, regression testing, stakeholder coordination, and adoption of relevant functionality.
- Establish configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and control standards to support system integrity and audit readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, prioritize enhancements, and improve the employee and manager experience.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday Compensation and Talent configuration.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent, business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and configuration.
- Experience managing Workday release cycles, impact assessments, testing, and adoption of new functionality.
- Knowledge of Workday security and domain access across Compensation and Talent, plus strong Excel and analytical skills.
- English is required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
