Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 and E-Verify verification.
Base pay: $78,251β$102,705 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, security, and appropriate use of HR data across Workday and other HR systems.
- Conduct audits, validations, reconciliations, and investigations to identify and resolve employee and organizational data issues.
- Develop and enforce HR data governance standards, validation rules, controls, and documentation.
- Deliver HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics for operational, compliance, executive, and board-level decision-making.
- Administer Workday change control, including enhancement and defect review, requirements gathering, approvals, testing, release documentation, and status reporting.
- Coordinate UAT and post-implementation validation while partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, IT, and HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR data management, HR reporting, or related HR technology.
- Hands-on experience administering Workday HCM, including worker data, reporting, business processes, and data governance.
- Experience with data audits, governance standards, change control, testing coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of employee data management, privacy, compliance, audit requirements, and root-cause analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and reconciliation techniques.
