Workday Manager, Learning and HCM

Location: Remote or onsite at offices in Santa Ana, California, or Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office may be required to work onsite most of the time. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $110,891–$180,035 per year, with potential eligibility for additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own the Workday Learning module, including programs, campaigns, courses, audiences, completion rules, content libraries, and blended learning paths.
• Configure learning-related business processes, security, integrations, and third-party content platform connections.
• Support Workday HCM configuration, business processes, data management, and other modules as needed.
• Develop reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and calculated fields for learning and HCM analytics.
• Lead biannual Workday release reviews, testing, audits, and implementation activities.
• Partner with Talent Development, Operations, and People teams on requirements, process improvements, change management, and tier 2/3 support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-production Workday experience with intermediate-to-advanced core configuration expertise.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Workday Learning program configuration, campaigns, content management, and reporting.
• Foundational knowledge of Workday HCM business processes, security, and core data structures.
• Strong report-writing skills, including calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Experience with system testing, auditing, release planning, user request management, project management, and change control.
• United States work authorization is required; e-Verify is used to validate legal work eligibility.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and external LMS or content platform integrations.
• Workday Pro Certification in Learning with hands-on experience.
• Experience supporting learning compliance or regulatory training programs.
