Senior HRIS Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; territories excluded. Reliable, high-speed internet required.

Base compensation: $110,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Monitor, audit, maintain, and troubleshoot HRMS systems and data while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Provide end-user support and resolve HRMS issues.
• Support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, configuration, data conversion, and rollout activities.
• Analyze data inputs, outputs, integrations, and processes to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Write and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, metrics, and audit procedures for People Analytics.
• Partner with People & Talent subject matter experts to design technical processes, training materials, and system improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of analyst experience in HRIS or People Operations, including HRIS administration, configuration, or implementation.
• Experience administering HRMS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, or Namely; Workday experience is preferred.
• Experience completing at least one full-cycle HRMS implementation or migration.
• Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into technical configurations and data requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
