Salary: $184,000 – $276,000

What you will do

• Define and own the global real estate strategy, portfolio plan, and occupancy strategy aligned with firm growth.
• Set global workplace design standards and establish real estate governance and analytics.
• Oversee transaction strategy and manage relationships with external brokerage, design, and construction partners.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Identify and propose AI and automation opportunities within real estate and construction processes.
• Collaborate with Finance on capital planning, accounting, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, architecture/engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of global corporate real estate experience within a multinational organization.
• Proven experience leading a partner-led delivery model (vendors).
• Strong financial acumen, including capital planning and project economics.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically as business needs arise.
• Must be based in the USA to comply with the hybrid work model.
