Senior Manager, Information Technology (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay range: $111,000–$169,000 USD per year, with possible performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Lead the IT department, connecting helpdesk and IT engineering with strategic business initiatives.
• Define and steward the IT department’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Develop, communicate, and execute the long-term IT roadmap.
• Establish performance metrics, measure organizational results, and provide business updates.
• Build relationships with senior and executive leaders and partner with HR Tech, Security, PMO, and Helpdesk.
• Manage IT financial planning, resource allocation, budget, and AI automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate technology focused on service and strategy.
• 4+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Experience building relationships with senior leaders and developing high-performing teams.
• Working knowledge of Okta, macOS, G Suite including Gemini, Zoom, Claude, Jamf, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Experience with project and program management and with managing hybrid, international teams.
• Strong communication, prioritization, technical leadership, and career development skills.
