Senior Technical Lead (AI)

Location: Washington, D.C. at DIA HQ, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling; hybrid with 3–4 days onsite. Applicants must currently reside in the United States.

Salary: USD $126,854–$253,707 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a team of application developers supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.
• Develop and maintain technical strategies for application development and integration, including AI capabilities.
• Build new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for legacy and existing systems.
• Enable successor systems to integrate with legacy systems so both systems can operate together.
• Communicate with government leads about requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, goals, milestones, and support needs.
• Oversee contract application development work, report progress and risks, and support requirement tracking and technical need summaries.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior technical role proposing and directing major technology initiatives.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and maintaining technical strategies for application development and integration, including the use of AI to enhance development.
• 12 years of development experience with a master’s degree, or 14 years of development experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required for consideration.

Nice to have

• Security+ certification.
• Experience working in an Agile SAFe environment.
