What you will do

• Own procurement savings pipeline management across procurement, finance, and engineering.
• Reconcile system-generated reports with finance reporting and procurement expectations.
• Drive reporting integrity, resolve data discrepancies, and monitor price leakage.
• Lead regular savings and pipeline reviews, communicating performance, risks, gaps, and opportunities to leadership.
• Improve pipeline detail, auditability, workflow scalability, and reporting automation.
• Address root causes of cross-functional issues affecting reporting accuracy, timing, and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with Finance on spend, savings, and forecasting alignment.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and driving stakeholder accountability and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, financial systems, Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, cost drivers, savings methodologies, price leakage, and cost control.
• Experience building standardized, audit-ready reporting frameworks and resolving data inconsistencies.
• Strong executive communication, risk management, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
