Manager of Data & Reporting (Procurement Org)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $128,000–$135,500 per year in New York; $115,000–$122,000 per year in Illinois

What you will do

• Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform, including data updates, reporting deliverables, taxonomy maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Audit procurement data integrity across vendors, business units, ledger codes, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Partner with Category Managers, FP&A, Finance, leadership, and the Ignite technical team to translate data into actionable procurement insights.
• Build reporting frameworks, standardized dashboards, performance metrics, and automated reporting cadences for sourcing, savings, category health, and Travel & Expense.
• Lead integrations across Netsuite, Workday, Zip, Navan, and Tropic, and create Looker dashboards from disparate data sources.
• Analyze spend velocity, supply risks, budget variances, AI adoption, and workflow efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spend analytics and strategic sourcing, including 1–2 years leading projects or personnel.
• Experience managing enterprise procurement tools such as Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, or Tropic.
• Expertise building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI using multiple data sources.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with proven ability to maintain data integrity across complex datasets.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience using AI platforms such as Gemini or Claude to improve workflows and reporting.
