What you will do

• Map and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes across procurement, planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Partner with functional leads to gather requirements, identify configuration gaps, and drive ERP standardization.
• Manage master data workstreams, including defining standards and auditing data quality across platforms.
• Lead sprint-based process improvement initiatives and facilitate cross-functional working sessions.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
• Map system integrations between ERP, PLM, WMS, and logistics platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Experience in business process analysis or operations improvement within supply chain, manufacturing, or hardware environments.
• Proficiency with ERP and PLM systems, including understanding system configuration and integration mapping.
• Strong skills in master data management and data governance.
• Ability to document complex workflows and facilitate requirements sessions.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required.
