Logistics - Supply Chain Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid work in the Antioch, Tennessee warehouse or remotely from a home office; candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $67,000–$84,000 per year

What you will do

• Create executive reports, visualizations, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
• Define and maintain data governance standards, KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and documentation.
• Analyze RMA performance, product failures, repair cycles, return reasons, replacement rates, supplier quality, and corrective actions.
• Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, fulfillment accuracy, service levels, inventory, and logistics costs to identify risks and savings opportunities.
• Support NetSuite projects by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating UAT, and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders to improve operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data analytics, operations management, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business data analytics.
• At least three years of experience with NetSuite ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, and SQL queries.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms, including automated dashboards and recurring executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain KPIs, inventory, transportation, forecasting, root cause analysis, manufacturing processes, lean methodology, and financial impact.
