What you will do
- Drive cross-functional operational programs from scoping through execution, tracking milestones, ownership, outcomes, and impact.
- Design scalable business processes and operating cadences across go-to-market, Finance, Product, and People functions.
- Prepare executive and board materials, including briefings, decision memos, performance reviews, and strategy documents.
- Research M&A targets, strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, market segments, and competitors.
- Support post-merger integration through workstream coordination, synergy tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to strategic planning, market sizing, scenario modeling, investor relations, and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, technology operations, or corporate strategy.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI/HPC markets.
- Experience supporting or owning corporate development workstreams, including M&A research, diligence, or integration.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, market sizing, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates with equivalent experience.

- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud, or data storage markets.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or business intelligence tools.
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
