Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Dallas, TX and the South Dallas, Dallas/Fort Worth, DeSoto, Waxahachie, and Mansfield territory; this is not a remote role and requires work in the assigned territory.

Salary: $69,700–$88,663 per year, with an hourly range of $34.60–$44.01. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available to candidates with an active adjuster's license in good standing.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims, including complex cases.
• Evaluate vehicle damage and promptly settle claims accurately.
• Apply technical and industry knowledge to claim decisions.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work flexibly across field, in-office, and potentially remote activities as required by the position.

Requirements

• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster or Appraiser license required.
• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful customer service.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, attention-to-detail, and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus effective verbal and written communication skills.
