What you will do

• Handle insurance claims from initial contact through final resolution.
• Investigate claims, verify eligibility, assess property damage and personal injury, and determine liability based on policy coverage.
• Communicate with policyholders, service providers, and legal teams to support timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while managing a high call volume.
• Work independently and collaboratively, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience as a service advisor or in warranty or service drive operations.
