What you will do

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the region.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and transactional processing; close the books monthly.
• Perform variance analysis and partner with client services to achieve budgets and forecasts.
• Support client services with ad hoc financial analysis and prepare quarterly business review decks (KPIs and analytical reports).
• Identify, minimize, and manage financial risks and growth opportunities across client services, business development, corporate finance, and legal.
• Coach and educate site administrators and client services teams on finance-related topics, policies, and contractual matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controllership, operational/commercial finance, or related finance functions.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end close, variance analysis, and business performance management.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and SOX compliance/internal controls.
• Experience with contract setup/administration, billing and revenue recognition, purchase order management, and accounts receivable/collections.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting); strong PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred but not required).
