What you will do
- Own the planning and reporting for manufacturing KPIs, including inventory, BOM, and open POs.
- Support monthly S&OP cycles and forecast variance reporting for Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership.
- Manage month-end close activities, focusing on accruals and allocations for product costing.
- Analyze large financial datasets from SAP S4, SAP Ariba, and Anaplan to derive actionable business insights.
- Contribute to the design, build, testing, and cutover phases of production manufacturing systems.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or an analytical role.
- 2+ years of experience building models and dashboards within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in product costing and financial analysis for manufacturing.
- Proficiency with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or Looker.
- Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into clear recommendations and build cross-functional relationships.
