TL;DR
Financial Analyst, Production Manufacturing (FP&A/Manufacturing Finance): Driving financial planning, KPI reporting, product costing, and S&OP activities for production manufacturing with an accent on inventory, BOM, open PO, and forecast variance analysis. Focus on analyzing large financial datasets in SAP and Anaplan, managing close activities, and supporting the design, testing, and cutover of manufacturing systems.

The Finance, Places and Build organization supports financial analysis, planning, modeling, and reporting for strategic investments and production manufacturing.
What you will do
- Own inventory, BOM, open PO, and other manufacturing KPI planning and reporting.
- Support monthly S&OP cycles and forecast variance reporting for Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership.
- Manage close activities, including accruals and allocations for product costing.
- Analyze large financial datasets from Anaplan, SAP S/4, SAP Ariba, and internal reporting systems.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations that support manufacturing efficiency and operational strategy.
- Support production manufacturing system implementation through design, build, testing, and cutover.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or another analytical field.
- 2+ years of experience building models, forecast input templates, dashboards, and business processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with product costing and financial analysis in manufacturing.
- Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or Looker.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships across Finance and other teams.
