Senior Product Manager - Post Purchase Platform & Integrations (Payments)

Location: US - Bellevue, WA; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $152,200–$243,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own post-purchase intelligence features covering insights, signals, recommendations, and outcome measurement.
• Assess product feasibility, including legal, risk, data, scaling, pilot, dependency, experience, and technical considerations.
• Research customer needs across post-purchase risk, disputes, fraud, refunds, and authorization outcomes.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements while balancing data quality, latency, scalability, and delivery speed.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, risk, legal, go-to-market, sales, marketing, and regional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Support pilots, product positioning, launches, adoption, roadmap reviews, and senior leadership updates.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent experience requirement with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Product management experience in payments processing and merchant-facing financial platforms.
• Experience delivering data-driven or intelligence-based product capabilities and working with large-scale data platforms, analytics, or network-level data assets.
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, particularly post-purchase flows and dispute management solutions.
• Experience defining scalable platforms or services with engineering and technical teams, translating customer problems into measurable product outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces.

• Experience with AI-enabled or GenAI-augmented product capabilities.
• Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations.
