Senior Product Manager, Flex Pay (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in the downtown San Francisco office, with onsite work required on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Salary: USD $180,000–$210,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Lead product development for the Flex Pay BNPL business.
• Expand and deepen integrations with merchant partners and intermediaries.
• Execute complex initiatives from inception through feature and user-experience optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, marketers, and third-party partners.
• Develop roadmap initiatives and use partner input to guide product planning and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on delivering high-quality outcomes and user value.
• Experience with complex third-party APIs, integrations, web analytics, A/B testing, and SQL.
• Successful product delivery experience on consumer-facing platforms, preferably in fintech.
• Ability to lead teams, align stakeholders, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
• Familiarity with AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude or Gemini.
• English is required for interaction with staff at hirify.global offices worldwide.

• Experience in the travel industry.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis.
