Senior Product Manager (Fintech Credit)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $250,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end discovery for the credit line platform.
• Design and implement a Loan Management System for credit line products.
• Cover underwriting, payments, withdrawals, amortization, internal functions, and customer invoicing.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering and operational teams.
• Manage and prioritize multiple product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with Loan Management Systems or loan servicing in fintech or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to run SQL queries.
• Ability to define algorithms, data structures, and platform services.
• Familiarity with Loan Management Systems, underwriting, and servicing operations for loan and credit line products.
• Demonstrated success creating customer-first solutions while balancing security and operational efficiency.
