International Science Partnerships Manager (Aerospace): Building and expanding international academic, research, and space-agency partnerships for continuous science, technology development, and in-space manufacturing with an accent on alliance management, scientific collaboration, and commercial LEO markets. Focus on coordinating researchers and stakeholders, negotiating strategic partnerships, developing customer pipelines, and translating alliance feedback into future program planning.
Location: Remote (Texas, United States)

What you will do
- Lead the development and expansion of the University Alliance through international scientific collaboration.
- Coordinate Alliance memberships, customer engagement, community outreach, meetings, working groups, workshops, and conference sessions.
- Develop and support international partnerships for research, technology development, and in-space manufacturing in low Earth orbit.
- Lead manuscripts and white papers, track action items, and communicate program progress and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Capture and analyze member feedback, integrate it into Alliance planning, and support 's strategic goals.
- Build customer pipelines and help develop opportunities and value propositions for scientific markets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or master's degree in aerospace or a science field with 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to initiate and negotiate agreements, collaborations, and teams and build strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication skills for working with geographically and scientifically diverse academic, government, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, solve complex problems, and meet tight deadlines.
- Eligibility for access to export-controlled technical data or technology may require additional U.S. export control screening under NASA regulations, ITAR, or EAR.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required for critical project milestones.
