hirify.global GmbH develops and operates satellite ground systems, antennas, telescopes, IT systems, and applications for securely processing satellite-generated Earth observation and reconnaissance data.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and coordinate personnel deployment and resource allocation.
• Lead proposals and studies focused on future-oriented space and technology topics.
• Develop new business opportunities, project-specific business concepts, and acquisition strategies.
• Manage proposals and contracts, including leading negotiations.
• Prepare market analyses and monitor customers, competitors, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, decision-makers, and industry, business, and academic executives.

Requirements

• University degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the space, satellite communications, defense, sales, or business development sectors.
• Experience working with institutional, public-sector, or governmental customers in Germany and Europe.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, teamwork, and influencing skills.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Willingness to undertake national and international business travel; initial leadership or functional team and project management experience is desirable.
