Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote; work from another location for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Drive forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning processes for multiple departments.
• Create timely, accurate, and standardized global financial reporting across brands.
• Partner with operational departments and headquarters on cost control, margin improvement, and financial performance.
• Oversee the financial performance of key business segments and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Review month-end results, budget assumptions, forecasts, and KPI performance, recommending corrective actions where needed.
• Streamline and simplify finance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in corporate FP&A, operational finance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial concepts, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to senior leaders and operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Oracle Fusion, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite ERP, or Hyperion Planning proficiency.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations.
• Experience with a private-equity-backed company operating internationally.
• Completion of a Financial Leadership Development or Rotational Program.
