What you will do

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple technical roles, prioritizing speed and high hiring standards.
• Recruit senior, staff, and director-level talent across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product.
• Use analytical problem-solving to identify recruiting bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and design improvements with hiring managers.
• Use AI agents and AI-driven sourcing to increase individual and team recruiting output.
• Apply market insights and candidate signals to influence hiring decisions, leveling, and compensation strategy.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and operational excellence in Ashby and related recruiting systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting top-tier Bay Area technical talent in hyper-growth environments.
• Proven success hiring senior, staff, and director-level candidates across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and data to source, assess, engage, and hire candidates.
• Strong critical-thinking, root-cause-analysis, relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Ashby, Juicebox, or the ability to quickly learn new recruiting tools.
• Ability to operate with ownership and excellence in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
