What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s talent acquisition engine, including recruiting strategy, processes, tools, metrics, reporting, and employer brand.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across software engineering, go-to-market, and general and administrative functions.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview plans.
• Source, screen, manage, and close candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Build talent pipelines across multiple simultaneous searches and represent hirify.global at events, meetups, and through outbound messaging.
• Develop recruiting analytics covering funnel health, conversion rates, and time to hire while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Deep expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent.
• Experience mapping talent-dense networks, sourcing candidates, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Ability to design AI-native workflows for recruiting or identify opportunities to eliminate manual work with AI without compromising candidate experience or decision quality.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, United States.
