Location: In person full-time in New York office (SoHo)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operations for rapidly growing patient and provider user volume
• Drive growth across specialties, geographies, and market segments
• Establish strategic partnerships with life sciences companies
• Develop operational and financial analyses to prioritize decisions
• Build and scale workflows with AI efficiency gains alongside engineering
• Explore and execute new opportunities like partnerships and products
• Collaborate with team and CEO on growth vs profitability decisions

Requirements

• 1-10 years experience in analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., startup, consulting, finance, 0-1 business line)
• Technical background with complex data; learn SQL and low-code tools
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external interactions
• Track record of speed, resourcefulness, and extreme commitment to goals
• High NPS with former teammates
