Strategic Ops Lead

What you will do

• Manage the rollout of LOF across new businesses, products, and strategic pilots.
• Manage manual pilots and support broader strategic pilot sprints.
• Ensure high-quality delivery for Pizza Catering orders.
• Manage contractors and handle daily administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Dasher, Marketing, and Product partners on pilots, deep dives, and ad hoc support.
• Present information to leadership, lead experiments, and route product gaps to the appropriate partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience, particularly in data analytics, customer-facing communication, and testing or piloting.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team and creating and achieving goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality, strong attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Ability to manage context switching, reprioritize continuously, and think on your feet.
