Head of Business Operations (AI)

Location: San Francisco, hybrid

Salary: $210,000–$300,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and manage a lean team of Business Operations generalists across GTM, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product.
• Identify high-leverage business problems and lead cross-functional initiatives to solve them.
• Establish company planning cadences, leadership meetings, KPI reporting, and board-meeting preparation.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to turn business data into executive decision insights.
• Stand up new functions and roles as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, including a background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Meaningful experience working inside a high-growth startup.
• Track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end and delivering outcomes.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, structured thinking, and communication across functions and seniority levels.
• Active use of AI as a productivity multiplier in daily work.
