Director, Operations - Provider Performance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, USA

Annual base salary: $134,000–$184,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Define and execute a standardized provider performance strategy across all clinical service lines.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team.
• Partner with Data Analytics to establish systems that measure, track, and predict provider availability, capacity, and performance.
• Oversee operational tools, workflows, and cross-program dashboards for clinical managers and executive leadership.
• Advise senior leadership on growth initiatives focused on provider availability, network utilization, and productivity in the Adult Outpatient Service Line.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience designing, scaling, or managing provider performance, clinical productivity, or provider network operations in healthcare, health tech, or a large provider network.
• 15+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, or high-growth health tech.
• 8+ years of direct people management experience and a record of building high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of clinical network operations and provider metrics, including panel management, utilization rates, and clinical outcomes.
• Experience defining analytical frameworks, synthesizing complex datasets, and translating insights into operational tools and dashboards.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps, influencing executives, and standardizing complex processes in ambiguous environments.
