VP of Business Operations (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; Miami, Florida

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Lead the operating rhythm, execution standards, prioritization, ownership, and accountability across the organization.
• Own the execution and organization-wide adoption of the AI-first operating system.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science on the development and integration of internal systems.
• Extract signals from internal and external data and translate them into actionable insights and company priorities.
• Own measurement and forecasting of customer lifetime value, retention, revenue, acquisition attribution, and customer acquisition economics.
• Lead FP&A, demand planning, and AI-driven financial forecasting.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, strategic finance, or financial forecasting.
• Deep experience driving execution and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making.
• Experience building and scaling systems at high-growth organizations.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, with a systems-thinking approach.
