Vice President, Information Technology

Location: Hanover, Maryland, United States; remote-first role

What you will do

• Define enterprise IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, operating model, and organizational structure for growth to more than 2,000 employees.
• Own business platforms including ERP, CRM, HR, legal, collaboration, data, and analytics systems.
• Lead responsible AI adoption and agentic automation across internal workflows and business platforms within security and governance standards.
• Manage corporate infrastructure, cloud, networks, digital workplace, IT service management, and global support across the US, UK, UAE, and APAC.
• Build a reusable M&A IT integration playbook covering identity, endpoints, networks, business systems, and infrastructure.
• Lead the IT leadership team, operating and capital budgets, vendor lifecycle, and executive-level technology decisions in partnership with the CISO and other C-suite leaders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT or business technology, including 5–7+ years in senior IT leadership.
• Experience building or scaling IT functions through significant employee growth and operating across multiple regions and time zones.
• Ownership of M&A IT integrations, preferably across multiple transactions or in a serial-acquirer environment.
• Experience owning ERP, CRM, and the architecture connecting business platforms.
• Experience with budget ownership, cost discipline, global support, and service delivery.
• Experience partnering with an independent security function and a CISO; familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance regimes is preferred.

• Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology-vendor environment.
• Cybersecurity industry experience.
