Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Substantial knowledge of current and potential applications of advanced products and technologies.
• Proven ability to lead team building, conflict resolution, and motivation.
• Experience in establishing and adhering to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
