Location: Hybrid; U.S. citizenship is required due to classified defense work and U.S. Government security requirements.
Salary: USD $203,851–$220,574 per year.

What you will do
- Lead teams in developing integrated program, product, subcontractor, material, and business plans.
- Define major program roles and identify resources required for advanced development programs and major subcontracts.
- Establish WBS-based budget and schedule baselines, including management reserve.
- Monitor execution against baselines, schedules, budgets, and performance requirements.
- Develop corrective actions and communicate program issues, impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Balance technical requirements, budgets, and executable strategies across programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance at the time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to classified information.
- Substantial knowledge of products, technologies, and their current and potential applications.
- Experience establishing and maintaining budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Strong team-building, conflict-resolution, motivation, and leadership skills.
