Java Software Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, secure software using Java, Spring Boot, AWS managed services, and cloud best practices.
• Build data and orchestration platforms spanning multiple services and products.
• Shape product features with Engineering, Product, User Experience, Support, and other stakeholders.
• Write technical designs, participate in design and code reviews, and deliver high-quality code on schedule.
• Contribute to automated test coverage, DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, and engineering standards.
• Support and troubleshoot the product while using and validating AI-assisted tools across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing software with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS managed services and cloud-native best practices.
• Ability to design software, write technical documentation, break down tasks, and plan execution.
• Understanding of automated testing, DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams and participate in all Agile ceremonies.
• Commitment to reviewing and validating AI-generated suggestions with attention to security, privacy, and compliance.
